Hi folks,

Currently confirmation emails are only sent if uses_left = 0 after
submit. If a user is allowed to fill out a survey more than once
(uses_left >1), he will NOT receive a confirmation email if uses left >
0 after submit. So even though sending of confirmation emails is enabled

Agreed; we should send a confirmation mail for each completion.
