[limesurvey-developers] Future bug fixes on 2.05

Hi everyone,

I just merged the latest changes from the 2.05 to the 2.06 branch.
As this is becoming increasingly difficult to merge (because so many
things changed in 2.06) we should now do all future 2.05 fixes on both
branches (as we did occasionally in the past).
That way we will not introduce any more instability to 2.06 and we can
slowly walk to the way to a beta release.

So please: All changes on the 2.05 branch need to be cherry-picked and
verified on the 2.06 branch. Thank you!
