Sorry. Lets say I need to store extra information about the survey.
Example: approved by, approved on (date), comments, gift name for
participants, ...

That kind of information.

Please let me know if I made myself explained.

- plugins have survey settings so you could add it there.

Plugins are a nice idea. I will digg into the idea.

I am planning to use them for showing them in the first page of survey.
Also, for showing thowe fields in external applications, when querying info
about surveys.
