Hello all,

My name is Ryan Lindsey and I work for the University of Kentucky's Center
of Drug and Alcohol Research with Christopher Emmick. I'm fairly new to
developing with Apache/PHP/MySQL ( less than a year ), and new to open
source development in general.

At my office we use LimeSurvey to do intake surveys for people receiving
drug and alcohol treatment through state-funded facilities. We take a
survey when they enter treatment, and if they so choose, we do a follow up
survey 6-12 months after they leave treatment. We collect the data from the
intake and follow-up surveys and create reports for the state to analyze
treatment results.

I'm going to mostly be working on Chris's custom-built client information
system, but outside of that I plan on putting at least a couple hours a
week towards fixing LimeSurvey bugs.

Regards,

Ryan Lindsey
